Telling of the Prophecy

It has been said by the keepers of the Inka lineage that a new era is dawning here on planet Earth as the 21st Century begins. Unknown and untouched by Western Civilization until the middle of the last century, the elders of the Peruvian Q’ero Nation have preserved the purity of the ancient Medicine Teachings since the fall of the Inka Empire.  

 In 1995, the Q’ero Elders trekked for days to reach their primordial sacred sites more than 15,000 feet above sea level on Mt. Ausangate.  They had made this annual pilgrimage each Winter Solstice for centuries, but that year was special. This was to be the year of the Destiny Readings. After days of ritual preparation, the elders announced two major prophecies for the 5th Sun, as they call the approaching epoch of human and planetary evolution. The Inka Elders naturally framed the prophetic developments described below within the context of the Americas and the world as the Inka knew it. However, the elders and the guardians of the Inka Sun Staff believe a destiny for all of humanity is foretold in the following prophecies.
